Monitor no signal for cpu (check with 3) but working for dth setup box

My Lg monitor not working for CPU's I have tested with many CPU's but working with DTH setup box. I have tested with different htmi cables and so, but no use.

By CPU's do you mean different computers?

If not are you using the same computer but with different CPU's but always the same video card or using the onboard video?

If the HDMI works with a set top box then it should work when connected to a computer so maybe the problem is in the computer, IF it is the same one, but just using different CPUs or even video cards. It may be on the motherboard.

If it is always the same computer, what is the make and model number of it or the motherboard if it is a custom build?

Can you try connecting the monitor to a computer using a DVI-D cable or a vga cable?
