No charge Led blink only

I had my charging board and ram replaced and CPU reballed. It was working well for about 8 months I thought It would work fine but because of low battery it turned off and when I turned it on it was working fine but was not charging (1% battery with 60-65-mA power) when I restart the phone it started blinking notification light on pressing power button and on plugging charger
I know it is not battery issue and CPU issue cuz on replacing battery it was working fine but was not charging I found a solution that says connect to PC with adb and driver and press power with vol down please suggest what should I do
