My camera shakes when I put in 2.5 zoom

any time I open my camera I feel this vibration at the back of my phone and when I want to use the 2.5 it shakes sometimes

When you feel this "vibration", does it feel like your phone is buzzing? (As in getting a notification on silent buzzing), or does it feel like something inside is moving around?
