Blue pop up when I turn on my computer

I keep on turning my computer but a harddisk secuirty pop up keeps appearing on my screen asking for a password. Little background story, I’ve had this computer for 2 years almost and it was bought and gifted to me. This is the first time i’ve seen this and it may have been due to me dropping the computer but I don’t have a clue. what can i do?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Do you know of any passwords to this computer?

If you haven't used any password in 2 years, I don't know why dropping it would cause a need for any password.

The password can be changed or deleted in the BIOS. However, The BIOS may also have a password.

Lacking the knowledge of any passwords on the computer, it is pretty much toast, since the passwords on a Lenova are typically stored in a chip on the MB. The only way to eliminate the password is to change the chip or motherbard.

I only know my own password that I use to enter the computer. As many times I restart my computer, I still get the popup. I only mentioned dropping the computer because before I did, there was no “harddisk security” pop up and I only saw my screen. When I picked it up, it was the first thing I saw. I either need a password or I can’t use the computer. But thanks for the input.
