How do I find a battery for my iPod 6th Generation (160 GB)?

I've done some research and found out that the reason my iPod wasn't responding is because the battery has to get replaced (it completely fit the story of how I gave my iPod to a relative and she forgot to charge it for months.) How do I get a battery for my iPod? I am not in America and I'm in Asia. Any stores other than Apple?
