When I was playing fortniteI head it with my ps5 controller and it had lines on the right side of the screen and today the lines was not there so it was fine and I was playing fortnite and my dad said time to go to bed but I was in a game and I can’t stop the game.

Judging by your description, your device appears to be fine. It somehow managed to repair itself, so you wouldn't really need to do anything. But for now just avoid throwing things at your screen next time as you might not be so lucky.
