I have a Toshiba model number 62 HM14 serial number 24202832. I have a new bulb and the green light is solid and the red light is flashing and TV won’t come on

@art43497 Green lights solid and Red blinks at 0.5-second intervals==>>The lamp unit door is not seated properly.
Turn the POWER OFF and unplug the power cord. Make sure that that the lamp unit door is installed securely and check the microswitches
