If I had to guess, your phone has sustained water damage.

You could try to replace the damaged components, but judging by how much you would need to do in order to fix this (almost every single component may have to be replaced, and you would also need to consider how other components may experience corrosion overtime), you might as well just get a new phone.

@divyanshsi27278 I am not one to encourage people to bin their devices until they are for sure no longer repairable. you have not told us how you've dealt with the water damage.

For now I suggest that you stop continuing to try to charge, sync or otherwise use your phone. This potentially can make a bad situation worse. This may further damage your phone.

The next thing to do is to clean it. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, disassemble your phone using something like this video. You must remove all EMI shields from the motherboard. Some are soldered and others just pop off. If you do not remove those, you might as well not do anything.

After you removed those, clean the whole board, connectors and all with +90% isopropyl alcohol. Follow this guide , It was written for an Apple iPhone 3G but all the points are still pertinent to your phone. While you clean your board, check for any obvious damage, like burned or missing components etc. I can not stress the importance of a good cleaning enough, so do it over and over while replacing the alcohol after each cleaning.

When it is properly cleaned, replace the battery. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Best thing to do would be to clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner, but if you do not have access to one, this will at least help. Once all this is done, reassemble your phone and reevaluate. Until it is cleaned, everything will only be a guess. It is possible that you have a bad LCD and replacing the display assembly may fix it. Even with all this, water damage has only a small chance to be fully repaired, but at least you can give it a try.
