Why is my speaker is broken

@ayaangujjar check all of your settings to make sure that your speaker is enabled. Make sure that all of your software is updated. You can use information from something like this site on how to do a software update, if any is available to set up.

Next, place your phone into Safe Mode and try the speaker in this mode. Use the information from sites like this to place your Infinix in Safe Mode. If it works in safe mode, a third party app is preventing your speaker to work. You will have to remove those third party apps one after the other, until you find the one that causes it.

If the speaker still does not work in Safe mode, then the issue could be that the actual speaker module has failed. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video. The speaker is the very first part that is being taken off once the back cover is removed. Replacement speakers are available at plenty of onlines stores.

If a replacement speaker still does not work, then the issue could be with the Audio on your motherboard. That will require you to have the schematics, component layout diagram as well as the proper soldering tools and test equipment.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
