Battery connector issues just Apple logo and off back

I have tried a different battery but it's still doesn't power on, when I plug it in it just brings the apple logo and turn off back? Please I really don't know what to do again

@oldturkey03 never know with some of the questions asked on here, quit the normal job and going to try things for myself for a while even tho i have applied for a technician job in a shop thats meant to be opening in the town close to me. even tho there has been about 35 people apply for it i know there isnt that many techs around my area, i think possibly 2 in my local area and im 1 of them
