@anuragvish13578 Your 7020 did not come with a WiFi card but needed to have one installed if you want to have WiFi. We need to know if this has ever worked for you. So, make sure that your computer even has one.
First you want to make sure that your software is set up properly.I assume you are using Windows but do not know what version. Check within your control panel if your WiFi adapter is even seen. You also want to make sure that you have the proper driver installed.
It is also possible that your WiFi card does no longer get recognized due to a failure. In that case you want to consider replacing it. Check on this for more information.

When the Optiplex 7020 you got was purchased it was selected to not have Wifi module included, simple fix with either you can buy a USB WIFI Adapter or if you want something much stronger and better, get a PCI-Ex1 Wifi Module
