@hamzajutt you're really not giving us much to work with. It would be nice if you would at least tell us what your bulb does, what happened to it and what you have already checked.

Here is a generic answer. Take a look at this teardown LED Light Bulb Teardown It will show you how to get into one of those and this one LED bulb lamp 230V E27 defective repair will show you how to check and possibly repair the bulb. You need to check the LED's, the capacitors as well as the LED driver.
