What is the cause for flashlight being greyed out, main camera glitchy

Flashlight is greyed out and cannot be accessed (Leads me to think it is ribbon connector related)

Additionally the main camera does not work, and apps say Error with camera etc each app warns uniquely that it cannot connect.

Sometimes after a reboot, like 30% of the time, camera can activate, however main camera cannot focus. Wide and tele seem fine.

So what seems to be the issue based on above?

This usually happens when I part such as a camera has been swapped in the phone and isn't an OEM part and will throw similar codes and issues that you're having, this is usually the case with iPhones, also I have seen this happen to phones that were dropped even though no physical damage on the outside it would break cameras on the inside.

The phone has original parts and has never been opened, it was working perfectly fine before it gave issues.
