What is the model number of the TV?
Can you view the TV's menu screens OK?
Does the TV respond to the remote control, if there is one and/or the TV control buttons?
What have you tried to do to get a picture with audio e.g. different inputs e.g. RF, HDMI, different cable connections etc?
