I have the axle for the 2ds xl, but I lost the metal bearing for left

I have the axle from the right side of the hinge. the one u need to pop out with tweezers for 40 minutes. but I lost the metal bearing ring thats supposed to go on the left side of the hinge. Am i screwed, or can I still do a repair?
