@maldias for now I would suggest that you try the Samsung diagnostics mode. Dial *#0*# ➡ Samsung Hardware Diagnostic Test Menu Now you should see the menu for that and select the Vibration as well as the Speaker module tests. See if those tests fail or pass your hardware. If it is a Fail, then you want to consider a replacement of the vibrator and the speaker module. Also, check the flex cable to make sure that those are properly seated and do not have tears etc. on them. Since iFixit does not yet have any gioides for this, use the ones [https://www.sosav.fr/guides/mobiles/samsung/galaxy-a10-s |from here] They are written in French so use a browser that can do the translation for them. While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
