My iPhone 11 Pro Max failed to respond to touch screen after restart

My iPhone shut down as I was using it, so then I decide to plug it in power, after booting, it failed to respond to touch. Nothing really work

Have you tried restarting your iPhone? This may be a soft lock and will likely be fixed by a soft reboot.
