My phone speak is broken .
i can hear them ,but they can't hear me .and when i used whatapps call is show muted.

Phones typically have two speakers, one is the earpiece speaker and the other is the loudspeaker. Contained within or around those modules is a microphone assembly that your phone will switch to depending on the mode you are using (regular vs. speaker). Does the phone microphone work when you turn on speaker mode vs. using regular mode? You can test this without needing to make a phone call by going to your voice memos or audio recording app and making a recording.
