Upgrade from wifi 5 to 6

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad 25. I wonder if it is ok to replace the existing wifi card Intel AC8265 with Intel AX200 in order to upgrade wifi 5 to 6. I am concerned about the compatibility issue arising from such a replacement. Would appreciate your kind advice.

@ddderek there is no reason not to at least give it a try. The cost for the AX card is not to high and I would definitely do it.

Just in case you need to know how to get to it etc. use this ThinkPad 25 Hardware Maintenance Manual and steps are listed on page 80
