Well you can try to Do a hard reboot, Clean the speaker, Allow it to dry in case of a water accident and If you have a Software issues then I will suggest you to update the mobile software to its latest version.

jhon i think that ur answer is mor useful that mine bc i started learning fixing phones months ago
its probably bc the speaker is damaged so you can tell your phone reparator to change the speaker or there is some dust on the speaker so remove the dust or the last solution open your phone.Disconnect and reconnect the speaker
