Hoping you can put my mind to rest - I vacuum A LOT. 🤪

On the front of the dust bin, what does the line mean? The filter down to the line or the bottom up? Maybe either? Or, where the line is...above or below the word MAX. My line is below MAX - so I'm thinking it means from bottom up to line.

This is his is getting silly, now. 😅
