SUDS error with F35 and F21 error on Duet WFW9700

Was getting SUDS F35 error randomly so I replaced water pressure switch and then started getting F21 error. Replaced bad water pump and now getting F21 error.

Confirmed water is pumping out and found no clogs in tubes before or after replacing water pump.

Installed old water pressure switch and getting F35 error again.

Any ideas anyone what to check next? THANKS!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi @tk1199

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.

Go to p.3 to view all the causes and checks for an F21 error code.

If you do find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's a parts list that is useful.

When you have located the wanted part in the parts diagrams you'll find the manufacturer's part number is listed with the part. Search online for the part number to find suppliers that suit you best.

Hi @cvneutron Don't know if you're aware of this but if you can't find a service manual for a washer, dryer, microwave etc, check Appliance Service Manuals on ifixit. I've started to compile this list of appliance service manuals which I add to as I find them. Cheers

Take apart your soap dispenser and thoroughly clean it. The soap build-up often restricts the flow which can trigger the error.

Thanks. Prior to the water pump replacement I ran washer several times with cleaning vinigar and at least once with bleach using the Clean cycle. I have yet to try an soap so I don't think that is the issue but I will give it a go.

Thanks!

No build found but scrubbed the dispenser and made sure no build up or obstructions.

Power cycled washer then tried to run diagnostic and cannot get past C00. You hear water running then water gets pumped out but still appears to be trying to pump water out then get F35. (I have old water sensor in at this time). It the new sensor was installed I would get the F21 error.

Can you give me the full model number for your washer? I'll see if I can find the service manual and any bulletins on it.

No luck on finding a manual yet. However, I checked some tech forums and it seems to be a common issue with these models. Most are saying try the pressure switch first (which you did), and if that doesn't work check the capacitors on the board. You might find that they're popped, in which case your options are soldering to replace the capacitors or a full board swap. Board wap will be more expensive.
