Multifunction steering wheel living its own life?

Hey guys! Have not been active for a while but here goes nothing.

I am having a massive problem with my 2000 BMW E46 sedan 330d and its driving me nuts!

The problem is my multifunction steering wheel keeps turning on and off all by its self.

I have noticed it was turning off when the wheel is straight and i would go through a bump. It doesnt always turn off… sometimes it works for a long time. But i hate it when it does not work because cruise control is not available after it turns off.

I have already changed the wires going to light control module and the clock spring. I dont see anything that would be wrong.

P.S i hooked up my launch diagnostics and there are no fault codes.

Maybe someone has had this problem.
