@leonellalyre could be a fuel issue as well as a few other things. I would suggest that you get the OBD II scanned and see if it pops any codes. That way you can at least narrow it down.

I have worked with the multi system stuff from Launch and others like Autel, but I think that's excessive for most people unless you want a scanner that will let you be self sufficient.
The fancy scan tools are great if you're comfortable doing a big job like an engine, tranny or head gasket but not great for someone who send those jobs to the mechanic.
