Why do I see the white line in the bottom of screen

TV became show the light line in the bottom of screen, I guess this is some controlling problem, because there is also problem with changing the brightness.

I’ve tried to change LED, but it results in the same issue.

The TV is working on 715G9309-PO1-000-003S

I don’t know if it’s rare problem, but I didn’t find anything related.

Are you comfortable with taking it apart to have a look for damage on the pcb's?

@markusnorstroem

yes,

I also ordered same board 715G9309-PO1-000-003S from another TV model, but LED is not working there at all (has the same voltage at +VLED and -VLED)

@yahorhryho74412 that is your backlight. I highly doubt that you are going to fix this with another board. This looks like a misaligned diffuser sheet or reflector. It might just be time to disassemble the complete panel.

I disassembled it, looks like diffuser is on the place, it tight fit with led

@yahorhryho74412 is the LED strips properly lined up and not rotated? Check all of the other sheets as well.

@oldturkey03

There are only two strips and they are sticked to the aluminum panel,

What is the mention sheet?

by

@yahorhryho74412 there should be things like plastic sheets (diffusers, polarizers etc. Make sure those are positioned properly. Are there are any reflectors etc. close to the LCd strips? teh trips are placed porperly to the back? when you look at the transition line between the light and the dark area in your picture, you see that it is not a straight line. Those are commonly caused by the backlight shining through areas that are not covered by the diffuser etc. Failed circuit boards or components will not leave lines like that but they will cause straight lines.

by

@oldturkey03 checked, all the sheets there are located on some holders, so the position should be fine. I’ve turned on tv with only diffuser layer and the light is not fully going through it, catches just 1/3 (same as on the picture) can the problem be in diffuser? It’s not looks damaged, since I can’t see any melted edges there
