I got this Zyllion back and neck massager and I love it but accidentally stepped on it and broke this plastic part. I really don’t want to buy a replacement because it’s still fully functioning. How can i Fix this? I already tried searching for a spare part but had no luck.

Try contacting Zillion and ask if spare parts are even available. It looks like it is a purpose made part.
Mention the ZMA-? model number of your massager, as well ;-)
Other than that you could try using an epoxy resin (example only) to join it back on again, and see if that holds.
