My oppo a3s had a fall from my hand and it is not turning on

My oppo a3s had a fall from my hand and it is not turning on I need to fix it. I have got it to a repair centre and they checked and said the cpu had complaint. But I need the data in it. How can I get it to be repaired or the data to be extracted?

@albertthom64276 something does not sounds right here. I am really questioning that this is a failed CPU. Let us know how your repair center tested your phone.Disassemble it, check all the ribbon cables, check the battery connector and the battery. Measure the voltages from the battery connector or the USB port and see if that voltage even makes it to the motherboard.

If you do not have the tools or if this task does seem to be above your level of confidence, consider taking it to somebody that specializes in board level repair. For as long as you can't get your phone to turn on, you can't retrieve the data.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to work on it. Once you have it opened up, take a couple of well focused pictures and post those with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
