laptop turn on when plugged in?
trying diffrent methods :-
1) change battery
2) clear cmos
3) deleting battery drivers from device manager
but not working all of these...

Are you stating the laptop successfully powers on only when plugged into power or only on battery? This may be a faulty battery or power supply among other hardware issues.
