Only charges with samsung super fast charger once it get to zero will only charge wirelessly Replaced both batteries and replaced USB Charging Port Flex Board?

Check if you can perform the quality tests as per the link.
See p.24 of the manual to see how to check if the cable charging is OK.
If not you may have to replace the charge port board - see p.86 of the manual.
If the charge port board is faulty, search online for GH96-15970A¹ to find suppliers that suit you best.
¹ This is the Samsung part number for a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 SM-F731B model, charge port board. I'm not sure if there are different charge board boards used in the other SM-F731- models, but usually the phone model number is found on the charge port board itself. If you have a different variant, search online for Samsung (insert the full model number of your phone e.g. SM-F731U or SM-F731W) charge port board to find suppliers of the correct charge port board.

both batteries and changing port board have already been replaced didn't help
Did you try the Quality test, to see what it shows, you never said?
Also confirming that you got the correct charge port board for your particular model?

Do you have a way to see how much it draws when charging with non super fast charge charger? There are multiple things that can be wrong with it. More details would be appreciated. Like for example what happened when it stopped charging regularly.

.1amp happened when left on charger over night woke up in morning with it completely dead would not let charge with any charger other than another flip 5 wireless charge sharing was able to get it to 5% then super charger working and only works with official super charger

Also no water damage it is only little over 2 months old
