Determining which one of the sub-models I own.

There are ten submodels of this machine. My sticker was rubbed off many moons ago. Used the machine in the rain. Motherboard is damaged. I removed the solid state hard drive and docked it. Works fine. Now, I would like to replace the motherboard. Cannot find numbers on the board that match Lenovo part numbers.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

@edward78879 I believe Lenovo used a lot of Compal logic boards. Most common place for the motherboard number is on the top side. If you still have your board mounted inside your computer then you are only looking at the bottom side. Remove the board and post some good pictures of both, top and bottom, with your Question. That way we can try to assist you with finding a replacement. Or maybe even fix yours :-) It might just be NM-B451 or NM-B671 but we'll have to see

Hi @edward78879

Go to Control Panel → Administrative Tools → System Information → System Summary and in the right hand panel check what is shown for Baseboard Manufacturer, Product and Version.

To get to Control Panel, type control panel in the search box on the left side of the desktop Taskbar and click on the link
