Windows 7 screen resolution problem

I have an all-in one PC that had 32- bit Windows 7. But once I upgraded to the 64- bit version,the only available screen resolutions were 800x600 and 1024x768. MS-A923

@pawelc you may need the 64bit display driver.

It might just be simpler to upgrade to Windows 10? It handles drivers much better than W7.

Hi @pawelc

What resolutions were you getting with Win 7 32-bit?

According to the specifications, the AIO uses onboard video i.e. Intel Media Accelerator 3150 integrated in the Intel D525 CPU.

This only supports resolutions of up to 1366 x 768 for internal LVDS connections.

This is also the native resolution of the AIO display.

Have you got the Win 7 64-bit graphics drivers (example only) installed, to see if you can get to 1366 x 768 resolution?

@jayeff 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 even though it's widescreen. But it gets stretched out

@pawelc Have you installed the drivers?
