Galaxy S10 not booting.

When I first tried charging it it was permanently stuck on a white circle with a lightning bolt, when I unplugged it it instantly turned off. I tried a wireless charger and managed to get it to display Samsung galaxy s10 but after a few seconds it turned off and kept looping, sometimes it will draw the Samsung logo but won't boot. I'm able to get into the recovery menu and selecting reboot doesnt help. Sometimes before it goes into the menu it has an Android guy and says updating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Have you tried clearing cache or anything that might prevent a boot?
