Not to be confused with the very similarly named Professional 600, this mixer features a quieter and much more powerful 1.0 HP DC motor.

Where can I buy little parts to do preventive maintenance?

Where can I buy little parts to do preventive maintenance? Mostly washers/bushing/bearing? I'm thinking to clean the old grease and replace it with Super Lube. Thank you in advance!

PS: I have this same model 6000HD for many years and so far it's working fine but thought to open it and make sure that any wearable parts are replaced.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @peacefulman

If your mixer's model number begins with KSM6573----, type the full model number in the Search model # or part # search box of this link and then click on the model number link that appears.

On the parts page that opens you will hopefully find a lot of the parts you need. Locate the parts you want and you'll find the manufacturer's part number as well as the linked parts suppliers part number for the part, listed with the part.

Search online for the manufacturer's part number of the parts you want, to find other suppliers that may suit you better.

Thanks for the lead. My model is 4KSM6573CCU2. I looked into the drawings and they don't show the breakdown of the gear box. I only see a couple washers in the planetary that I could maybe order (W10854966 and WP9706090).

What do you think of using SuperLube for the re-greasing?

@peacefulman

Click on the Case, Gear and Planetary unit diagram - see parts #18 and # 7

I don't know the product but since it shows on the packaging as "food grade" it should be safe enough to use. Just my view.

Cheers
