My Chromebook is saying the WiFi is disabled.

My WIFI is saying it’s disabled and I can’t toggle on the WiFi. It just shuts off right away. Where can I find the WiFi card or how can I add WiFi?

The WiFi card seems to be integrated into the motherboard as suggested by Step 9 in this guide where the antennae coaxials terminate at the motherboard.
