High pitch noise when standby or off

So I've had to unplug this monitor after each use since i sleep in the same room. But It doesn't make any noise when it's on.

It's inconvenient to unplug and plug every time. Is there anything i can do?

The noise is very loud close up and definitely noticeable from anywhere in my room(it's a big room).

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

@parsivan sounds like your monitor has issues with either capacitor or coil whine. Time to remove the back cover and to listen to where the whine comes from. Sometimes some strategically placed hot glue or replacing the component will work. Let us know what you find out when you try to isolate the whining part. Post some pictures of it with your Question so we can provide you with some further ideas.Adding images to an existing question
