Retrieving Data from Old MacBook

My Macbook currently doesn't turn on. When I press the power button the only thing I hear is a very loud fan and no screen display. Is there a way to extract the data from the hard drive?

Sadly, without getting it working long enough to retrieve the data no ☹️😭☹️😭

The best thing is seek out someone with the deeper skills to hopefully patch your system together to get the data.

But is the data that priceless? Haven’t you been backing up or maybe the stuff you need is in your iCloud account.
