Fuel flooding in the carburator
My motorcycle's carburator over floods which makes it hard to start and fuel starts to pour down through the air filter

carb float stuck. It is suppose to shut off gas when full. Obviously, it isn't.
Likely gas sat in carb too long.
Remove and do a complete clean, replace gaskets, reassemble.
