According to the ifixit iPhone 11 Pro Back Glass Replacement guide it should be set to 320°C. - see video between 2:27-2:32 minutes

@jayeff Aah. Okok its Different Degres for different iphones? i toud it was the same degres on all newer iphone back glasses like ipone 11 and upon

The guides mainly show to use a hair dryer for ~90 seconds as they were written for the average DIY one off repair as most people don't have a temperature controlled heat gun or heat pad but do have a hair dryer.

The temperature needed can vary due to the different materials used in the different models e.g. Corning glass, polycarbonate, thermoplastic polyurethane etc
