How do I copy photos from camera memory to SD card

I recently found my Nikon Coolpix 16mp S3200 (the closest version I could find on here was the S3100) and I realized I have been taking photos on the camera memory without an SD card. Whenever I insert the card it says that there is no photos on the memory but I cant access the photos on the camera without taking the card back out, how would I go about copying the photos onto the SD card?

Thank you so much! I haven't been able to find a copy of the manual that was actually readable lol, I really appreciate it. I was able to do it and now have the photos on my SD card!
