My phone freezes when touched. Sometimes I have to turn it off and on 2 or 3 times.

@mesutkirmi75214 that could be an issue with your touch screen or with your touch sensor. It is also possible that this is software related.
Try to power your phone up in safe mode to rule out that this is caused by a bad 3rd party App. Use the instructions from this site to start your phone in safe mode. If the touch works in that mode, it is one of your Apps that is causing it. Remove the Apps one-by-one until you know which one is the one that caused it.
If it does also not work in safe mode, try to get into the Samsung Hardware Diagnostic Test Menu by dialing *#0*# There you will see the Touch test. Give that a try and tell us what happened. Bottom line, if it is a bad touch screen, you will have to replace the display assembly. The touchscreen is sandwiched in that assembly. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, follow something like this video Replacement displays are readily available at many online places.
If none of that works then it is time to check the touch sensor IC. For that you will need to have special tools and skills to work on it. Let us know what you find out.
