Is my laptop power failure fatal?

My Dell Precision 7720 have the same symptoms. Opened up and found two burnt components on top side near power rail (located on bottom), on the right side. One piece of melted material short circuited other component (one corner of a square metal part) Opened my other 7720 and found both components burned too but without debris. I want to find the schematics of this motherboard.
