Xbox Series S stuck at 66% applying update, and keeps going to that

Was playing a game and it turned off, left it unplugged for a day, then went to wipe it and it got stuck at 50%. Then went to offline update and its stuck in a loading loop at 66% applying. Any ideas?

Options

Hopefully its just the HDD. You can try replacing it to check. Just make sure to properly format it.
