Xbox turns off randomly and wont turn on untill I unplug it first

Hi guys so I've been having a problem after I took my xbox outside to clean it with an air compressor and now it will just shut off without warning while playing a game and wont turn on untill I unplug it first then only runs for an hour maybe less before doing it again it doesnt seem to do it while watching tv but just when playing games I have tried restarting it unplugging it for awhile clearing cache I have no idea what's going on or what I could've done to cause this
