Which ifixit store did you check for the iPhone 13 parts?
ifixit has parts for the following iPhone 13 models available from their USA, UK, EU, German and French stores, just not the Australian and Canadian stores it seems.
iPhone 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max.
At the top of this page click on Store → select store → Phone Parts → iPhone parts
