Bought a New Front Outter Camer from IFIXIT dont work

Bought a New Front Outter Camer from IFIXIT, and still mi camera dont work, all the parts are working, because when i disconect the camera and turn on the phone, i recibe a message that the camera is not working, but when i connect the new one or the one i replace is just black and the camera app crash

I live in DC and pop up the diagnostics tool is only designed for use in the United States at this time
