Keyboard doesn't work after replacing it.

I have an A1990 Model Macbook that I bought second hand and the keyboard stopped working after replacing my battery. So I investigated the issue and found corrosion where the keyboard ribbon and keyboard connect.

I replaced both the keyboard and the keyboard ribbon cable.

The keyboard is still not working, no backlight, and non-responsive. I don't understand why it is no longer working since everything for the keyboard is new.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

@razitomeya - So tat helps in limiting where in the logic board you’ll need to investigate is damaged. Are you up to the challenge? You’ll need to grab the schematics and board views for your system, have a good magnifier, narrow tipped soldering and a steady hand!

Where can I get schematics? I have done low skill soldering like fixing my xbox controller, but nothing like this.

I would love to narrow it down.

@razitomeya - Google the boards number in your case 820-01041you should be able to find them.
