My phone keeps restarting

My phone always restarts, and i can't even use the MIUI recovery properly.

It let's me to scroll through the selection but doesnt let me to use the wipe data function for example. I can stay in the menu for 5 seconds before it restarts.

Similarly I'm having this issue with my mi note 10 pro. It automatically reboots everyday after a huge screen glitch.
