@amanuelfetene SIM card are usually not detected because of a SIM card error. You will need to contact your service provider to ensure that you have teh appropriate SIM card.

Once you are 100% sure you have a proper SIM card, then there is the possibility of a bad SIM card reader. Follow this flowchart
