@shamsansari First you want to check your charger. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check to make sure connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. you could get get a ammeter and see if your phone draws any amperage from the charger. After that, you need to check and see if your motherboard and teh battery even get power. For that of course, you need to open it up. You will find that your Motorola uses a separate daughter board that has teh charging port on it. It could be that board which does not allow the phone to charge.

Next you want to check the flex cables going from the daughter board to the main board. Check those for tears as well as corrosion. Next, change the battery. If it still does not charge, your phone is having issues with the charging circuit on the main board. For that you will need schematics and component placement files to work on it. Of course it also requires special tools and skills to perform a board level repair.

Since iFixit does not yet a guide for this, use something like this to work on your phone.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
