Can I make my broken original Xbox one's internal hardrive a external

I have a Xbox one that will come on for one minute and not show anything on the screen and turns off after the minute has past. I want to transfer my games and saved data to a new Xbox one. Is there a way to make the internal hardrive from my broken xbox a external hardrive to extract my things?

Answer this question I have this problem too

There is no need to transfer, the game ownership is tied to your account, game saves are synced to the cloud storage under your account, you log in on a new Xbox and everything is there.

Also pulling out the internal hard drive doesn’t work at all, the console won’t boot without the hard drive anyway.

@darriouswright to "convert" your HDD from internal to external, all you need is a HDD Enclosure for SATA to USB connector. This will enable your computer not another Xbox) to see the HDD as an additional external drive. You are looking for something like this Example only and not an endorsement of the seller.
